Please DO NOT submit videos if you do not own the rights to distribute and publish the videos. By submitting the video you are claiming to hold the copyright to that video. By submitting videos you agree to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless EpiCamera from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, liens or actions incurred by EpiCamera in any manner arising out of or relating to your submission of a video of which you are not the copyright holder. By requesting www.epicamera.com to post your video, you assign EpiCamera a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable license to use these videos on the www.epicamera.com websites and marketing e-mail blasts to our subscribers only. You recognize that these videos will be made available for viewing to the public and you give www.epicamera.com permission to do so. You also grant www.epicamera.com permission to make minor editorial changes to your videos. Your videos may include your name, event date and a brief caption based on the information you fill out in the video submission. You also realize that it will be up to the www.epicamera.com webmaster to determine which videos to post on the www.epicamera.com websites and that not all submissions will be posted. 2. Privacy Policy Regarding Information Submitted on this Form:We may post your name, event date, a brief caption based on the information you submit, and your submitted video information online at www.epicamera.com, however, all other personal information received, including your email address will ref_14s Gray private, for our use only and will not be made public or posted on our website, used for commercial services or given to any third party.All participants who submit a video agree that EpiCamera may display, publish, feature or otherwise use the story on the www.epicamera.com websites or in other media, and EpiCamera reserves the right to edit or otherwise modify any video, and each participant hereby releases EpiCamera from any liability or cause of action related to using, editing or otherwise modifying any story. EpiCamera shall have no obligation to use any video or, if commenced, to continue the using any video. Content Restrictions:• The Submission must be created by CCTV surveillance camera and no special editing (except trimming the time frame) has been done on the Submission;• The Submission must be uploaded to YouTube then only YouTube link to be provided by filling up the submission form; • The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; • The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks other than those owned by individual submitting video, which participant has a limited license to use to incorporate in his/her Submission in this Contest; • The Submission must not contain images or artwork not created by participant; • The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; • The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and • The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where Submission is created.
